As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel, with well-maintained elevators and spacious hallways that made getting around a breeze.

I would have preferred if the staff at the hotel were a bit more attentive to the specific needs of senior guests. While they were friendly and helpful, I felt that they could have provided more assistance and support tailored towards older individuals.

The Manager, Franzi, could not have been more helpful. My wife had toothache and he arranged the appointment and accompanied us to the dentist and waited so he could translate any questions. The apartment is very centrally located.

Parking is complicated so If you have a car it is best to park it in a private garage which is approx 15 mins walk away. Franzi will arrange this.The only issue with the apartment is that is that natural light is limited due to the construction of the building.

I had a fantastic stay at Casa Dei Mercanti Town House in Lecce. The first thing that impressed me was the convenient database provided. It had all the necessary information about the hotel, including details about the secure entrance and the shared office space. I loved that the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities. It made it easy for me to prepare my own meals and save money on dining out.

The only minor downside I found was that the apartments at Casa Dei Mercanti Town House had no view as they were located at the rear of the building. However, this was not really an issue for me as I spent most of my time exploring the beautiful city of Lecce and didn't mind not having a view during my limited time in the room.

Staying at the Casa Dei Mercanti Town House was a unique experience. The contemporary design of the apartment, with its ethnic contaminations and enveloping atmospheres, created an ambiance that was unlike any other hotel I've stayed in. The different color variations added character and style to the residence, making it truly memorable.

Breakfast options are basic.

The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the town square. We had a blast exploring the lively streets of Lecce, especially at night when all the bars and restaurants came to life. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast served to our room every morning was fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed having a DVD player in the room to relax and watch movies after a long day of exploring.

The only thing we wished for was a better selection of entertainment for young party-goers. While the location was perfect for nightlife, it would have been great if the hotel offered some fun activities or recommendations specifically geared towards young people looking to have a good time.

The design, full of colors, gives character to the rooms. The staff is super helpful and can help with everything from restaurant recommendations to airport transfers. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. You can even learn how to cook local dishes!

We booked a "junior suite" - and stayed in a 2-bed apartment in a great location on a piazza [recently made into a no-car zone] in central Lecce. The manager, Franzi, could not have been more helpful and welcoming

I had such a great stay in this hotel. The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city. I loved being in the city center and on the main square. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome. The breakfast served in the room was fresh and delicious.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The staff went above and beyond expectations to make sure our stay was great. Day trip recommendations, restaurant suggestions and reservations. Very responsive when asked about the air conditioning which worked well. The b & b was very nicely done with modern fixtures and appliances and was very comfortable. We had an option for a full continental breakfast in our room or a cafe and pastry in a bar on the main square just steps from our room. The location is terrific, right on Sant' Oronzo Square, the main piazza of Lecce, but our room faced on a side alley and we had no noise issues.

Parking is a problem in the old town of Lecce, but we made it work with the staff's help. They did offer a paid parking option, which I would recommend to anyone who isn't comfortable or doesn't want to bother with the parking search.
